Shipping

If a piece is already made, I aim to have it with the shipper within 7 business days.

If a piece is made to order, it does not exist yet. I make it as quickly as I reasonably can, and I will email you when it is made so you are never left wondering.

If you order both, I will usually wait and send them together — one parcel means less packaging and less postage for you. But if the made-to-order piece is going to take a while, I will not make you wait for it. I will send the finished piece first and the other when it is ready. Either way, I will tell you which I am doing.

Once a parcel is with the carrier, how long it takes is up to them. You will always get tracking.

Your address. I post to the address you give me. Please check it before you pay — if it is wrong and the parcel is gone, I cannot replace a piece that only existed once.
