Changed your mind?

Before it ships, just ask. Reply to your order email and I will cancel it and refund you in full. No reason needed.

Once it has shipped, it is on its way and I cannot pull it back. If something is wrong when it arrives, please tell me — see below.

Every piece is one of a kind and made by hand, so I do not accept returns for a change of heart. Please look closely at the photographs and measurements before you buy, and ask me anything at all beforehand — I would far rather answer five questions than have you disappointed.

If a piece arrives damaged, or is not what the listing described, that is a different thing entirely. Email me within 14 days and I will make it right.
